An existing townhouse was looking tired and uninspiring, with the clients scope to maximize the site and to truly have a family home on a small block, this project is telescopic in its design and approach, using the the existing structure as a solid foundation to then extend the addition from within and out.

The design and planning utilizes the CDC planning instrument, which provides the ability to use more of the site than council generally would with a faster turnaround time to begin construction.
