This upcoming renovation compromises of an existing home from the 2000's which doesnt have any real connection internally or externally.

There is a lack of internal light, there is no connection to the rear yard, it really needed a fresh approach, luckily thats what the currents owners wanted!

The internal space transforms into having natural light and a flow which connects all areas of the home, but also gives privacy to the bedrooms and the upstairs parents retreat.
Madhaus Building Design really want to push the envelope for a clean lines that can be truly appreciated
